Add the missing piece.

Tohmoco helps small and mid-sized businesses when the business and its systems no longer move at the same pace. The missing piece may be ERP selection, implementation of an existing product, improving the current system, an integration, an internal tool or a custom application.

First step

Before choosing or building, we figure out what is worth doing.

The snapshot is a 1–2 day assessment for situations where work is slowing down, but the right fix is not clear yet. You get a 2–5 page decision document: where the work breaks, whether to choose an existing product, improve the current system, build something custom or avoid building altogether.

You get:

  • A list of the main problems, in order of impact.
  • A view on what to fix first and what can wait.
  • Options: process change, ERP selection, implementation of an existing product, current-system improvements, integration, new tool or custom application.
  • A budget and schedule range for the next decision.
  • A decision document, usable also without continuing with Tohmoco.

Product thinking

A good solution is more than a feature.

The missing piece may be implementing an existing product, improving the current system, an integration or a new custom application. The work is product-minded: the solution has to fit the business, feel clear to the user and be easy for the buyer to justify.

How it begins

A clear start, visible progress.

Work usually moves through four steps. The start is kept focused enough that decisions, costs and responsibilities stay visible throughout.

  1. Intro call

30 minutes, free. You describe the situation in your own words and get a direct view on whether Tohmoco is the right partner for the next step.

  2. Snapshot

A day or two of work: we walk through the current systems, process steps, users’ daily work and where the current way no longer supports the business. You get a written summary of the problems and options.

  3. One-page offer

A concise proposal: goal, delivery model, schedule, price and responsibilities. Trusted partners can be brought in when the project benefits from additional expertise.

  4. Delivery or implementation

Work stays visible: implementation support, regular demos, agreed invoicing rhythm and documentation. If custom software is built, code, access and long-term control remain with the client.

Frequently asked

What people usually want to know first.

  • What does the work cost?

The intro call is free. A short snapshot or technical assessment is typically €500–1,500 + VAT. Delivery work is priced upfront as agreed packages: the offer states the goal, content, schedule, price and responsibilities.

  • How is AI used in delivery?

AI tools are used to support coding, documentation and review. They speed up the work, but they do not replace the part that matters most: understanding what actually happens in the business, where the exceptions are and which solution is worth choosing.

  • What if the answer is not a new application?

Then it should not be built. If the problem can be solved with a process change, existing ERP settings, a new ERP selection or an off-the-shelf tool, the snapshot will surface that option.

  • What remains under the client’s control after delivery?

Code, documentation, repositories, licences and access are kept under the client’s control. At the end of a project we can hold a handover with your own developer, another vendor or a maintenance partner.

  • How quickly can we start?

The intro call is usually within the same week. A small first usable version can be in users' hands within 2–6 weeks of an accepted offer.

Let's start with the situation

Tell us briefly what should work better.

You don't need to know the answer in advance. Send a short description of the systems you use, the goal and what is not working in daily work right now. You will get a suggestion for a sensible next step.
